Is Tower Rush legal in Bangladesh?

Bangladesh’s Cyber Security Ordinance, 2025 addresses gambling in cyberspace. Section 20 makes it an offence to create or operate a gambling portal, app or device, take part in such gambling, assist or encourage it, or advertise or promote it. The stated consequences include imprisonment of up to two years, a fine, or both. Sections 21 and 22 prohibit gambling-related financial transactions and fraud.

These provisions are relevant when assessing online gambling services, but this page does not make a legal determination about a particular person, platform or game. What the game is, and what it is not

Tower Rush is a Galaxsys Fast Games or Turbo Games title, categorised as a crash-style building game rather than a reel slot. It was released on 28 February 2024. Galaxsys is part of the Digitain group. Its listed MGA/B2B/592/2018 licence is held by Digitain (MT) Ltd in Malta, and Galaxsys also has UK Gambling Commission account 63601. These are developer and licensing details, not a statement of Bangladesh approval.

In a round, a player chooses a stake and presses BUILD. A floor drops from a crane hook onto the tower. If it stands, the displayed win is calculated using the floor odds; the player can then choose CASHOUT or BUILD again. If a floor collapses, the round is lost unless the amount has been frozen. Each next floor’s odds multiply the accumulated amount, but a successful floor does not always increase it: observed odds include x1.6, x1 and x0.6.

The game lists provably fair technology, but that feature does not change the Bangladesh legal context or remove the risks of third-party platforms.
